1.Vehicle Rental:

• The rental agreement is between SpaWheel and the renter, subject to the terms outlined herein.
• Renters must possess a valid driver's license and meet minimum age requirements & Vehicles are to be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with local traffic laws.

2.Booking and Payment:

• Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance & Payment is due at the time of booking and may be made by credit/debit card or other accepted methods.
• Additional fees may apply for optional services such as insurance or additional drivers.

3.Rental Period:

• The rental period begins and ends at the times specified in the booking & Any extension of the rental period must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

4.Vehicle Use:

• The renter is responsible for the vehicle and its contents during the rental period & Vehicles are to be returned in the same condition as received, with normal wear and tear accepted.
• Smoking and pets are prohibited in the vehicles.

5.Insurance and Liability:

• Renters are required to carry adequate insurance coverage for the duration of the rental period & Renters are liable for any damage to the vehicle or third-party property during the rental period.
• SpaWheel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle.

6.Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame to qualify for a refund & also refunds are subject to deduction of any applicable cancellation fees.

7.Amendments:

• Changes to bookings may be made subject to availability and approval by SpaWheel aslo additional charges may apply for amendments made after the initial booking.

8.Termination:

• SpaWheel reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time for non-compliance with these terms and conditions.In the event of termination, the renter must return the vehicle immediately and may be subject to additional charges.

9.Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].

By booking a vehicle with SpaWheel, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental agreement and additional charges.
